At Wallace Cotton, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unused items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
